Thank you for your request to rent from us! We will get back to you within two business days. Please read the following terms and conditions for rental; you will be asked to sign your acknowledgement of these terms when you pick up your instrument.

  1. This is not a rent-to-own program. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be automatically charged to your credit card if this is the payment method you have selected. If the instrument is not returned at the end of the agreed upon rental period, rent is owing until the instrument is returned.

  2. All renters must provide credit card information on file and the card will be charged if the instrument is not returned. We will ask you for your credit card information when you pick up your instrument, regardless of your selected payment method. There are no refunds on lump sum payments.

  3. The renter is responsible for the instrument for the duration of the rental. If the instrument is lost, stolen, or severely damaged the renter will be responsible for the cost of replacing the instrument. Minor repairs and bow rehairs are included in the rental fee. Broken strings to be replaced at the expense of the renter. The rental includes a Kun or Viva shoulder rest, if required by the player. If the shoulder rest is lost or damaged, the renter is responsible for paying the replacement fee of $40.00.

  4. The renter may put stickers on the fingerboard to help with finger placement and those can be left on when the instrument is returned. Please do not put stickers on the body of the instrument.
